[Price Check] Large Trammel Tower near Yew

Any thoughts on a decent asking price for a Trammel large tower near Yew on the Atlantic shard?

Also any particular scams I should be aware of when selling large ticket items? I haven't played much in a long time so I'm unfamiliar with trading tricks. Thanks.

House trading is fairly simple now with the changes to the banking system, just use the trade window in the normal way and the buyer will type in the box the amount of gold required. No need to drop checks and count zero's anymore

rough guide 20m maybe 30m ... for a large tower or max secure ..I did a run last week when the server was down... for 5-6 days... there was at least a dozen large towers or max secure size [over 1515] free in malas or tram..well were i looked anyways.... to be fair after the house server reboot most were placed within the first day.. im guessing my folks trying to make a quick buck

i looked because i dont think its worth refreshing my own large tower.. a refresh on a closed account costs £9.99 =u can buy well over 100m for that.....looking at the susipcious books dropped in luna bank constantly......?? lolz.....so the figures dont add up for a refresh>>?? may as well just place another on a 2-3 buck account code from the garage/yard sales.....
