Probably won't meet your requirements since it's not actually on the very edge of the water... but I have a large tower that I could possibly be interested in selling. It’s really close to the water, just a screen or so away, and has a very nice pond in front with a bridge over it and two statues outside.

let me explane the situation there is someone who owns a large tower next to my RP town Northern Star owned by the moonglow Navy

we would like to purchase it but the owner needs a large home next to the sea in tramel to be persuaded

I have a nice 18x18 spot in trammel what my main house is on, so it should fit a tower also, its just north east of vesper on the coast, nothing overhanging the front or any side for that matter and literally is 1 tile from the actual sea coast.

Depending on the price, might be willing to let it go
