Next door in a castle is Lady Angelica (Her home is open to the public and has a tele tile that takes you to the Tele Hub, and another one to Luna in her Vendor). You might know her by her Luna Vendor on the East Wall. One the other side of the Keep on the East side of the Tower is Lord Demon Slayer. He has some nice rares, and is one of the leaders of the City of Moria.
There is also a Seal for the City of Moria being a City. A pretty nice shrine, and only 1 screen from the Large Tower that could be yours!
Right across the street is also Fight Night. Fight Nights are held on Friday's and open to all.
And lastly, I often get Gypsies to spawn right in front of my house, but NEVER in my house, so no worries on losing items due to that bug. With the constant spawning of Gypsies you could get your very own Gypsy Jewelry which spawn 1:25,000 according to Messana, and worth upwards of around 500mill.
I really do love this house and it's location. Great neighbors and never any PK's. The only reason I am ripping myself away is to live in my guild city of Gaurdian's Gate.
