Lag in TC3.

Everytime I visit TC3 on my laptop, it lags almost to point of freezing.

I have two sticks of 512mb memory, so it's not that.

It doesn't lag hardly ever in any of the other cities.

Any thoughts?

I only have 512mb of RAM and rarely experience any lag. The few times that I have lagged, I found it was caused from spyware that was using up my bandwidth. Using a program like spybot or adaware to clean up my system usually fixes all the problems. Make sure update and run your virus scans regularly too. I do a monthly defrag because I don't make many changes to my system. But a good disk cleanup and defrag improves performance as well.
