Have you tried completely closing all open games and restarting?

i have that issue also. try to rightclick the screen after landing to move your view. after that you can click all

yeah me and my simmy husband had that problem last night. we would try to click on each other and we couldnt it just said not interactions. we both had to log out of the game completely and then log back in.
they wouldnt let us kiss hahaha but we got it fixed.
