"Lady of trinsic" title?

Hi,

I'm returning after a decade away from uo. In new haven, I've seen a few pcs with the title "Lady of Trinsic" and I was curious about the significance of the title. Would somebody mind clueing me in?

More than likely a title from the City Loyalty..

It's a governor-granted title. "Lady of X City" isn't a purchasable loyalty title.
