Lack of functioning flour mills

I have been playing on a server that I don't have a house on. Seems that there is a lack of functioning flour mills in any NPC city I have visited. The mills are in game and are moving, but I can't add wheat sheaves to them. Broken and ignored by devs?

Where are you finding the NPC ones? I can't find any.

Use the one in Britain Bakery - right past the steps behind the provisioner's building. Stand next to the mill and use the cooking tool. Choose ingredients - sack of flour.

Problem solved. I had forgotten that the flour sacks can be made with a cooking tool. I just hate that skillets are getting used up with making flour.

Craft using a tool and the cooking menu.

you can use the flour mill at Britain bakery.
(it is the building to the west of the healer)

however it takes 3 wheat to make one bag
using the cooking tool, you make 1 sack of flour for every wheat
but you must be standing next to the flour mill

The ones in Baker shops just take some wheat and change animation. You can not dbl clk to get the flour.
It says you need more wheat.

You can make flour at your home one without cooking menu. But it is not exceptional.

i haven't done it recently but the sack of flour falls to the ground.
I used to do this all the time but that was years ago

They do at my house but on the NPC ones, they never make a bag.
It always says you need more.

After you make the flour at the mill, which you can gain skill, you can make dough with the water and flour and gm that skill. Then you have plenty of dough to make other things.
