@ Kryonix - Runic Masonry Hammer and Chisel Question

This question got lost on the Patch thread so I'm hoping to get some answers here.

Are there any changes to acquiring Runic Masonry Hammer and Chisels? I do not see them listed as rewards on the BoD revamp. These Runics are terribly hard to get. If they are not in the new BoD revamp are there any actions, in the future, to getting these runics?

Also adding Granite to ship booty would be nice considering every other resource is on the list.
