[Fishing] Krakens in the Abyss

Do these krakens by chance yeild mibs? I killed about 8 of them and not one dropped a mib. Anyone else have any luck?

If they do it would be a huge bonus and easy way to collect mibs.

No, only ones from a net drop those. You can get ropes from the ones in Wind and Shame though, not sure about Abyss, would think it would be the same though.
