what template you are using?
Easiest are tamer with a magic using pet, like all kinds of dragons, or mares.
chiv archer, or even archers too, they can easy take them out.

I use Bard/Mage. Provoke spawn to Kraken, Disco Kraken, EV's. Goes down pretty quick.
I killed Kraken easily with my fisherman. His skills are (all GM or above):
