KR Macro for warriors

Anyone know of a site or could lend me a few helpful macros for warriors, I would appreciate it. I have tried to make a macro that will keep LS up, to no avail.

I just set my macro key to ctrl-space bar for LS and don't have any problem getting it in until lag gets bad.

I don't think there is a way to keep it going in KR without player interaction, nor should there be.
