KR Dark Knight Question

I am having problems with getting to the Dark Knight. When I try and recall off of the rune i get the message saying I can not recall off that right now. Only information Google returned is a link to stratics forums that is currently down.

Anyone know why it won't let me recall to fight the dark knight? Wondering if have to have certain skill level in order to challenge..

There seems to be a bug sometimes with those runes. Have you tried to kill it once already?

Killed him on another char a week ago, but not on this one. Even if so supposed to be able to challenge him every 3 days but only once for reward.


And saw nothing on UOGuide.. Guess left two options, page GM are delete char and try again..

Did you try recalling off the rune and fizzle? Theres a bug which renders the rune useless if you fail your recall attempt.

I had the same issue on my new archer that I created specifically to go after the dark knight. GAH. i fizzled and it turned my rune black and now it doesn't work anymore. It's only been 2 days so if it doesn't work by friday(it's wednesday) im gonna have to delete and recreate my character this sux. worst part I didn't find this thread until I figured it out on my own scouring the net and dinking around on TC1. I hope it isn't a permanent bug that forever killed the rune. I been working this character hard.

Oh and don't bother paging a GM they refuse to help with this, I paged them 4 times. Same response each time with increasing firmness. I was sent finally to the role of a gm faq on ea.support.com where it says speciffically that GMs will NOT answer questions. or modify anything for us. Send a bug report every 6 hours till they get pissed at you instead.
