While not "high-end" per se, I have a shop at the crossroads near Yew Cemetary (Trammel) that I stock about once a month with 50-65 resist armor pieces, and a number of weapons.
I frankly have little concept of what qualifies as high end, but I see lots of items in Luna that are worse than the stuff I sell, for 100s of thousands of gold, when most my stuff is priced 1k to 5k, and almost nothing over 10k.
