The Knights Rest will be hosting a special Bards Night on Sunday February 6thth Starting at 8pm est.
A Prize will be awarded to the person or couple who present the best song (Duets are highly encouraged) There is no theme for the event, but we hope that songs and poems of love dominate the night.
A special drawing will be held for a specially prepared picnic basket providing a romantic outing for two. (Transportation, Taxes and gratuities not included.)
Come dressed as your favorite Romantic couple for a chance to win prizes.
Anyone wishing to guest bartender for the night is welcome. Please let me know in advance, and bring a small box of ales or other drink representing your home town.
The Knights Rest is neutral grounds. All are welcome to attend. The Tavern in located in the Village of Aegis. The first clearing south of the Yew Trammel Moongate.
The Rest opens at 8pm est. Event will start at 8:30.
Also, mark you calendar for Sunday February 27th as the Knights rest presents Pirates Night at the Rest. If you have ever wanted to be a pirate, loved a pirate, or just like to dress up on odd clothing and say Yarrr a lot, then be sure to attend this special night. Cutthroat Bards night will be the fare and your serving wenches will be saucy, and um, armed.
