kings collection problems

anyone else had problems with this? i just bought the upgrade got my code, went to acct management. selected the acct i wished to upgrade "the hubbys" it updated on the acct management page. he types in the code in game "exactly...5 or 6 times" and he keeps getting the message that the code is invalid. now i know it upgraded because its letting him craft the newer stuff, but no box of items =( . anyone else had this happen? its also on Formosa that he tried to claim it on, i dont know if the shard matters or not.

i think you have to change the format of the code. original code from website/email 4-4-4-4-4-4-2, change it so it looks like this 6-5-5-5-5.

I had the same problem with an invalid code. Check out the instructions Petra provided: http://stratics.com/community/threads/invalid-code-incorrect-format-from-origin-store.303099/

If you format the code as she described, it will work. I tried it and it was successful.

Can`t find it anywhere.
It`s not in the Origin shop (german site).

Just enter the first 6 digits then -
Then go 5 digits with the rest using - at the end of each group of 5

I had the exact same problem yesterday. A friend recommended to use an america based proxy to fill the basket and go to checkout. Right before you enter security details you can turn off the proxy (otherwise youre sending private data to untrusted people) and finish purchase as normal

That is really annoying.
With proxy i can checkout with my order
but
1. if i turn off proxy - pay with Paypal, back to Origin, my order was cancelled from Origin
2. with Proxy on - cant pay via Paypal because of the IP
and i dont want to pay with any of my CCs at Origin

Oh! Didnt try with paypal, it worked for me with cc :/
