Take the code and put a - after the first 6 digits and then after every 5th like this:

WH1VYI-CP9LR-DFG7J-NRIHU-UP1X9

Copy into the game options 'claim token window' and it'll give you your tokens in the normal way.

The above code is a made up one, so don't waste your time trying it

OK ... let's have a go...

Your order and the email confirmation you receive will include a code which reads WH1VYICP9LRDFG7JNRIHUUP1X9

That code in that form will work when you go to the account management pages and upgrade your account to access the King's Collection.

When you also try claim the in-game tokens that are part of what you purchased, you need to choose the Help option on your paper doll, then the option to 'promotional code'. the resulting gump will look like this :

It is incorrect. Cutting and pasting will not work, as the in-game system expects the string of characters to be broken by a minus sign ( a - ) at the expected places. Taking that code you received, you need to change it by manually inserting those - symbols at the correct points, so the example above would become WH1VYI-CP9LR-DFG7J-NRIHU-UP1X9 and then putting THAT amended text in to the blank box for the promotional code

Adding the - in each of those positions lets the in-game system recognise the code. Without them, it fails...
