(Player News) Kingdom of Dawn 20th Anniversary Player-Written Book Contest Winners!

The Kingdom of Dawn would like to thank the judges, who shall remain anonymous, and the contestants who entered the contest. A total of four (4) books entries were received on the theme of Memories. Only three (3) were judged as one book just had the word “Cats” repeated many times and was disqualified. All of the books will be on display in the Kingdom of Dawn Malas Outpost located just west of Umbra. It is the second building west of umbra on the north side of the road.

The winners are:

1[sup]st[/sup] place – Memories: Cutbow’s Tale by Piranha Fisher
2[sup]nd[/sup] place – Quest of the Mandrake by James
3[sup]rd[/sup] place – A Dog in a Dungeon by Oro d’lci

The prizes are:

1[sup]st[/sup] – 3,000,000 gold pieces
2[sup]nd[/sup] – 1.500,000 gold pieces
3[sup]rd[/sup] - 500,000 gold pieces

Both Cutbow's Tale and Quest of the Mandrake are very good books and it was a tough decision to choose which was the best.

The original two judges split and a third judge had to be brought in to break the tie, so well done Piranha Fisher & James.
