I was thinking about this the other day when I noticed threads popping up that then I found were from weeks or months ago, where someone had posted a new comment.
It might be helpful on the thread title page for us to see the date of the posting of the OP. As much as it might be fun to revisit the ungodly thread of death and dismemberment that is Felucca vs Trammel -- I'd rather not open it up, find that it was someone posting in an argument that ended a month or two ago and then have to close it again.
Plus, on the bigger threads it would help your bandwidth for us to not re-download the entire thread just to see that it isn't really updated.
Just a thought if any of you are playing with the main board php code -- it would allow me to better find threads I want to actually check up on.
