Keeps on Test

Keeps are now being built on test center.

Sara Dale and I have one each. The shard has ben wiped from last time so you will need to build another character there.

Sara Dale's keep is 57s x 33w east of Skara.

Mine is 24s x 35w, north of Skara.

Both are in Fel (of course). Voting will start in about a week and a half.

Artful Dodger has added a keep on testl 26s 27w also in fel

The times given is in Eastern US time with DST. So EDT (EST but after March 10 and before November 3). Which is UTC or GMT -4.

So 3:42:02 "Eastern time"! Weeee. So specific.

Ok, I get it now. Just didn't make sense at first glance. The way I was reading it to myself seemed like it was gonna start at 11:42:02 AM.

Seems like it should actually be written, ( 3:42:02 PM EDT, GMT -04:00 ). Seems more clear to me that way but oh well, I guess it's good enough the US doesn't still use the cubit
