Thanks With how the shard works it doesnt hurt me to hold it and Hopefully the new patch will bring people back to siege and make keeps more valuable, So I dont mind waiting

I never paid more than 25 for a Castle, I paid 9 mill for my Safe Haven one.
But if someone want to pay that much for a keep, then go for it, I just hope a young Siege player won't get scammed buy thinking that s going price.

Only the owner can decide what price they are willing to sell the keep for, If you are not interested in paying the price the owner wants, that is completely fine, but it doesn't mean someone else won't be willing to pay it. Also, there is no need to accuse anyone of scamming. Please keep the thread on topic everyone.

Sorry I take that back, but I would still be sad to see new Siege players shard trade a lot gold to pay a price they think is going price, not knowing the prices on Siege is different.

As for the market price, someone gave me a keep about 7 months ago. No charge. My safe haven house, in a very nice spot, was free. Another player even used their account to hold it for me after a house resize problem. My experience has been that getting to know players here changed the entire dynamic from somewhere like Atlantic. With Eodon supposedly creating MORE housing space, I don't see the uo realty market heating up on siege unless there is a huge in flow of new folks.
