I don't think so, I know a couple people who did idocs and would have runebooks full of all the castles and keeps so they could just check those if they were feeling lazy about scouting that week. I don't think there's an actual map of all the spots though.
There was an old method ... running around and let uoautomap witht he help of uoassist integrate all houses into a map.
But even, if someone would have such a collection of housing maps for all shards + facets, it would be hard to extract the keeps/castles from it.
