at the end of the last event, he said he would be taking a long leave from UO so we may be getting a new EM sometime

Pallando had something happen that has affected many people in UO over the years - a Family Emergency occurred, and the long term effects meant that he wouldn't have the free time to play UO (let alone EM) for months.

His last event was fun; Arwen got killed by a peerless-level Savage Priestess with her name on it.... I got chased around on Mylene by a similarly-buffed Devourer of Souls named Basara.
