Correct. Paragons spawn, on occasion, chocolate ingredients. These ingredients apparently make chocolate, which has not been implemented yet. I cannot link old posts about it, however, for obvious reasons. It is shrouded in mystery, whatever purpose chocolate has, other than the obvious orgasmic ones...

Chocolate is in game, it's cocoa trees that aren't.

Chefs can make dark, milk or white chocolates which are the same as those we got on Valentines day except they'll have the maker's name on if exceptional. They have no beneficial properties as far as I'm aware.

Since they're barely visible I wasn't overly impressed. If the graphic had been a nice fancy box of chocolates I might have collected the ingredients.
