Where would I go to get the Taint and the Corruption to be able to make the Scrappers? I know where to go for Dread Horn Mane.

any of the peerless drop them, although it's much much much faster to buy them. It could take a week to get enough taint to make just 1 scrappers if you are going to rely only on yourself to get them.

Dreedhorn mane is a drop like taint from dreedhorn. He only drops one everytime hes killed. So depending on how many people go with you it can take a while to get mane.
