Just atlantic or all others too?

Hello,

I have been back playing a couple of months now and I am noticing Atlantic seems to regularly have issues such as a lot of DC's, lag spikes, and freezing. I know it isn't just on my end because fellow guildmates and other folks have expressed similar issues. UO itself discloses very little, if anything, so I am just wondering if it is just on ATL or all servers because it seems to be occurring more and more lately.
