Just another PS question : Were some spawns nerfed?

Been away for a while, and been doing spawns last few weeks.
Did several including Piper, Neira, etc. I got mostly not too useful PS, mostly 110, some 115 Chiv, 115 Taming, etc. No 120's at all, and no "Pet" useful PS at all not the higher end ones like 120 Wres Parry etc.
Especially poor were the PS from Lost Lands Fel spawns recently.
Is the LL Piper not dropping 120's anymore?
Is there some info on which spawns have a chance to drop more 120 PS?
Any info appreciated.

Nothing has changed. You just had some back luck with the random number generator. Keep at it!

Yeah, a bit of a crap shoot. I once went 6 spawns in a row with no 120s. Then shortly after I got 4 high-end 120s in one spawn.

Possibly the true Harrower, coughing up more scrolls but never done that, so just heresay.
