Today we ran into some technical difficulties with the deployment of the patch. This is the patch that - among other things - contained premium compensation for the recent server issues. For full patch notes, see here
The good news is, we have found a solution for deploying the patch today - unfortunately; instead of giving out the compensation to every player at once when the patch goes live, we will be deploying the compensation throughout the day. This means you might not instantly receive your compensation when you log in and it might take up to a day until you receive all your compensation rewards. This will decrease the load on our database and allow us to deploy the patch.
We apologize for the issues, but we hope the compensation goodies will make up for it!
