it looks like the guy you get the sifter from has been replaced by the zealot, so am i correct that these are no longer obtainable? or if they can still be gotten if someone has a stash of sifters? or if the guy you got the sifters from was just moved?
i ask because i was away from the game when this part of the arc started, and was hoping to get some of them myself. i had collected maybe 5/10 needed fragments but looks like i might be out of luck if theres no way to get sifters anymore, and even more out of luck if fragments just dont spawn even if you have old sifters.
i ask of course because i dont want to overpay for the items if they are still available in game.
