(Question) Jug of Moonshine

Another goblin on the shard shared several jugs of moonshine with me just before server down. I don't have a screenshot but I can get one later. I am wondering however if this is pirate loot or part of the new brewing.

It was a yellow jug called "Jug of Moonshine".

Was it Shini? She has tons of the stuff (and is great fun to go sailing with!)

Wasn't Shini, it was Mephit. Not many of us surface goblin but our numbers are growing!
