Let's make this a great success across all shards and draw some attention to Britain's Public Library. My goal is to have the library act much like our local libraries do with all their events! When I look at my local library, Emma Clark, I see a bunch of cool stuff that goes on so I thought why not try to make our library in game much like that. So that's my goal this term!

Based on some of the inquiries we've received I'd like to let folks know the following:

RATINGS/RANKINGS
- We will be using the ranking system for the World Federation of Chess, aka FIDE, for the ranking system here. Their ranking system is the Elo Rating System.

- If you are a FIDE rated player, please let us know ASAP as we will be trying to match you with equally ranked FIDE players. We know folks take their chess seriously, but remember that this is just for fun and challenge! If you want a challenge, play against the masters! :)

- FIDE ranked players should email me: a) Their characters names (on Catskills), b) their ICQ #'s, c) their FIDE rank, and d) what acceptable rankings they'd like to be matched up with!

Just a reminder folks, this is TONIGHT over on Catskills, 8 PM EST... City of Britain's Library. You can also just email me at Pandora @ childrenofdarkness . com with the following information:

a) Character Name & Shard (required).
b) Email Address (required).
c) ELO Ranking and what rank levels you'd prefer to be matched against (if ranked yourself).
d) Best available days/times for a match up if outside meet days.
e) A list of other players that you'd like to play against and their emails (if any).
