Where are they located? They don’t seem to be on the island.

There are 3 big square teleporters on the main island in the middle of the town; the northwestern tile will teleport you to the island with the farms.

Three Islands.

Jhelom main is where the moongate is.
South Jhelom is where the magic shop and the spot for the Artisan festival tree are. It also has the best docks (all three islands have docks).
North Jhelom has the farms, pens, and the vast majority of the Jhelom treasure maps (all of them, before the map randomization) and wilderness.
