Jewelry Skill Gain?

I was told to "Jewelry up" to get my Ninjitsu Skill to 85 in order to cast death strike for gains...

But my question is should i keep changing my jewelry to lower + in order to stay at 85 or should I just keep letting it go up with the jewelry?

Example: at 70 Real with +15 Jewelry = 85.0, I gain 1.0 take off +15 jewelry and put on +14 in order to still be at 85.0....or leave +15 and be at 86.0

I'd recommend using maybe a +5 ring and a +10 bracelet.. work it up a bit(5 pts or so), take off the +5.. work it a little further (another 5), then put the +5 back on and take off the +10.. eventually take it all off and just work the skill regularly.
