According to the FoF the doom boss *fix* was as intended as per a publish note that didnt make it to the boards. I was just curious as to how this issue is both a bug and a fix. The rooms are too small to make a difference incorperating this *feature*, so how was this working *as intended*?

I for one like things cut and dry...without BS. I just want an honest answer. No mumbo jumbo about a new useless *feature* with no actual use in the game.

Thanks.

"Why are the Doom bosses and Dark Fathers teleporting back to their rooms?"

There are two parts to this answer - a missed patch note and a bug. First of all, I apologize for the missed patch note - it was a misunderstanding on my part, and I didn't mean to cause panic and confusion. The note is as follows:

- Doom mobs can no longer be kited out of the spawning rooms

The second part is actually a bug - the change was not intended to affect the Dark Fathers, just the lesser bosses(mobs). We've got a fix for that sent to QA and hope to see it in the next publish.

Better?
(btw ... send your BS detector in for recalibration ... its due)

I guess they are working as intended on the minor boss in a way that people can't move them out of the room. Is it a good fix to the problem? I would have to say no.. it is no big secret how the minor boss can be moved out of the room. A better solution could be to force the door close prior to each boss spawn, if someone is standing on the tile blocking the door from being closed teleport the player a few spaces away....

If you were not so busy swinging from my nuts you would see the explanation is utter bull. To begin with the rooms are too small for this fix to have even been put in place. Look for yourself and perhaps you will see that the explanation is completely assenine.

Perhaps you forgot all those *explanations* we have recieved in the past? You are a long term vet no? So easily you forget about all the ******** explanations we have recieved through the years about things *working as intended*. Then again how would you being so busy humoping my leg and all.

*tries to shakes the dumbass loose*

SnR more than ever now... but...

That is the MO of the communications put forth by the company, don't admit fault but concede that incorrect changes will be changed back to unfault... "The undesired side-effect is as intended but it was not as planned. We will revert to the desired outcome as we planned in the beginning but decided to implement at the end."

Swing on dese nuts you big SnR MO MO.
