Historically these unique named chests have sold between 50-150m, now I could see the color of the chest possibly make it more valuable but not 300m. @Mystikal73 can you post a picture of the chest with the color? might help with your sale (not that I would bid more than 150m though hehe )

yeah imo not worth 300 Mil (Sorry Alf) I was there when he got it, was VERY happy for him! Took awhile to take that thing down! BUT 150....MAYBE 175 if the color is more desirable. Like if it was white or black, for me anyway.
