Naw, you get them from plague beasts.

yeah the very 1st day plague beasts ever spawned, u could summon demons (this was when u had unlimited control slots) on a boat then send em off the plank to be eaten by the plague beast. after about 40 or so , hed spawn 4 or 5 of the chests on him. ive never tried it since then, proably works still if u provo him to stuff thats weaker and let him eat it.

a good place to "farm" these chests is the champ spawn underneath the cemetary in Bedlam. It's near impossible for anything other than overwhelming force to progress it PAST the plague beasts, so keeping one alive and feeding it should be easy, with all the corpses.

The very first day plague beast began spawning the chests were actually unlootable and stuck on the corpse. The bug was fixed a couple days later.
