It's time to pull together...

In wake of the recent account wipe we had on Chessy I am here asking everyone for their help. This happened to a dear friend of mine Shiela who has been on Chessy for many years. She also went by Dark Angel and Tiger Lily and ran the very popular D^N auction. I'm not here to point fingers or make accusations, what's done is done. As much as I would like to snap my fingers and make it better I can't. Shiela has decided to stay and show the ones responsible that she's a fighter and it's not going to chase her off. Gareth has given her an account with chars made so at least she don't have to start from scratch with that (TY Gareth!!) But she was literally wiped clean on her accounts. If anyone has anything they would like to donate to help her get back on her feet, please find either Gareth or Me (Sami) and we will pass it along. I know first hand if this was reversed Shiela would be there with open arms ready to help in any way she could. Let's show the irresponsible people who did this to her that we can pull together and help her and most importantly let's show Shiela we care. I think it takes a very strong person after playing UO for 10+ years to have everything they ever worked for ripped out from underneath them within seconds and still want to continue playing. TY For staying with us Shiela!!!

I have her setup with an account now. I gave her an account that I had in storage should such a thing ever happen to someone. (I'm one of those plan for the worst thing possible to happen. So if the world starts ending come to my house in 2012. I'm building a space ship LoL.) So she at least has a fresh/old account aged to 100months with a fully skilled crafter and other gmed out characters. Rebuilding is hard but, so far the towns of Torchwood, Moria, Cimmerian Pass, Guardians Gate, PaxOku, Zedland and Templar have been assisting. Thank you all sooo much for your kindness. From our community of Kijustsu Anei to yours, thank you.

I will say however and not meant as a bash that I was shocked to receive support from Templar village. Since well a long history of ummm... dislike has happened between them and myself and also Sheila and them. It truly shows how a community can come together to help each other. No matter the differences.

And so many others have been assisting as well from FOA's guildmaster and members to the Gm of UHOH and members. And of course those who I do not know of yet helping. I don't think I have seen such open communication between everyone. Even though the situation is horrible. I hope we all grow together and become closer.

Okay so I need to go customize a house for her.... you know how I just hate to customize houses.

I hate to hear about another individual getting taken. Whereas I am not a major player in this game I would like to help out if possible, if there is anything I might have that can be contributed I would gladly assist. I have some crafting chars (legendary-smith,tailor / GM tinker, alchemist, carpenter) if they may be of service and I do have some items that I have gathered over the years so if there is anything I can offer to assist I would like to. Please just let me know.

I'm always at Luna bank holding up the walls =P I also wanted to add that if anyone happened to grab any of Shiela's items that were left behind yesterday morning..Please really consider returning them to her. From what I know both houses were dropped yesterday morning at server up, one was a keep in Fel Cove the other was an 18x18 in tok. I only managed to grab a few items at the fel cove one =( Again ty to everyone who has helped her ...Really shows what a great group of people we have on Chessy!

Hi Steve and yes my usual place of business it is LOL..I was able to get the keep spot back, also someone got her 18x18 spot back along with some items. I can't say ty enough for the help from everyone =)
