Its been a while!

Well my fellow Europan's I fell that time has come after 8years to bid you all fair well and wish you all well in your future travels

I stopped actively playing about 2 years ago, but still logged in now and then. Money got tight last year so in Nov I decided to suspend my account for a while until things were better, well things didn't get better in fact I lost my job at the end of Jan

I decided today that I would reactivate to make sure I kept my house, but it has fallen and has been replaced, I am gutted as I had to fight hard to place the 18x18 just by Gravewater Lake on the first day of the land being opened.

Its funny over time I made some good friends in UO, but they sadly left over time.

I think Demented Chicken kept me sane for a quite a while, Jimmy my thief even hung with the famed Kas Valentine for a while and we had a laugh in Fel

I fear this is the end now as I always said if I lost my house and all the stuff I would leave

I just feel like I don't want to start again, who knows maybe I will one day, I won't delete my account, but am annoyed that I lost pretty much everything I have worked for in the last 8 years

would have been nice if we could have had an email to say btw your house will fall if you don' t reactivate your account...... oh well

S'not a bad idea that, know a few people that have reactivated lately and notification of a collapsing house would probably have brought them back a whole lot sooner. As long as you're not completely getting rid of the account I suppose s'fine. Not that I "don't steal" on Europa anymore but all the same !

Tis a sad tale and another sad loss to europas community but alas its common knowledge house fall after 90 days when subscriptions are ended.

Hence I would appeal toof u thet gave to leave for a break or whatever...PUT all ya best stuff and gold in ya 5-6 chars bank boxes....this way in say 1-2-3 years time u can still come back and try it again....many many have left things to rot and be idoced ..or given stuff away...only to get that retry feeling years later...

If only they had [packed] up there best stuff in the bank...it would have still been there!!!! AND even though they have lost a house they are simple enough to replace and cheap too...and the best stuff is still safe in the bank.

I would encourage anyone who is leaving to ''bank there best items and gold''!

Just incase....beacuse UO will be around for a lot lot longer!!

I thought it was 90 days, and I planned to come back to save my stuff.

Oh well you live and learn, and it cost me dearly!

Did u log on in the middle of the night 2-4am ?? Europas been pretty busy of late...sure if u went to britain bank it would be empty but try any champ spawn or luna bank...


BTW ............iTs definate 90 days still

it was about 9pm GMT.

I did goto Luna but was nothing like WBB was 2 years ago, I wonder how many people play Europa now at all in total?

as a side note I DL'd WOW to try and how much like WOW is the Kingdom Reborn interface!

I always played UO3d and what stopped me playing was when they just stopped the client
