[Discussion] Items that are insured that are not supposed to be

Just a question i have a thread of fate that is insured. Now i have tried to uninsure it but it says that item can not be insured. Is this a glitch or is it something that could be done awhile ago but not now. Also does it hold any value?

i think it was done a while ago, pretty sure i have some as well, i also have a few insured potions and you can no longer insure or uninsure those

So the big question i guess would be are they worth anything?
