pic not really gonna prove anything then you can just say i took it off test. This is 100% true so basically anything that can be taken to test or made there was xffered off and who knows for how long. Maybe they will burn some houses on test over this game ruining exploit
I think this was a bug a few years ago but was fixed. Its the reason i never give out rares on test center (sometimes people ask if they can have something because "its just test")
In my opinion these items should be illegal and deleted if found. I personally wouldnt trust someone selling them because if they are involved in bug transfers off test, or deal with players who are, what else could they be involved in?
That being said, i know mesanna has deemed these items "legal" which i dont agree with. Using that logic, Duped/exploited items are totally acceptable unless they still function. (btw im pretty sure the bags DO still function As Bags)
Even if the seller is well known and respected, i just dont think it helps someone reputation to sell items like this.

I'd handle it the same way vine cords were handled. And as I have pointed out before, it's easy enough to find the illegal items. Just search the database for illegal items, for items that fall outside of the specs. Just before I stopped playing (when my boat decayed because of the faster timer that we were never told about)- I finally saw one of those armor pieces with 'impossible' resist for myself.
