items of exceptional quality and invis charged items

I think its "of exceptional quality" I have a runebook like that and a box like the ones people use for lockpick houses. Are they worth anything actually? I know a couple of vendor houses sell items like that but is it something that people actually collect? How about invis charged items? I have a bunch of those, some with high amount of charges like 95 and some lower like 15-25. Just curious, thanks!

I know of a few that do collect them. As far as the gold value of them, it varies. I have seen them on the vendor in Luna across from Escu's towards the left hand side. There are three different 'exceptional value' names that I know of. One - ' A table (or chair, or shirt..etc.) of Exceptional Value'. Two- 'Of Exceptional Value'. Three- 'A table (or name of item) of Exceptional Value' and underneath it, again saying (Exceptional Value) - perhaps a double Exceptional Value as in an item being double blessed. All of this is written in gold (yellow) lettering.
