less than 20 i beleive?? they were not given out either it was an event.

oh well i will hold on to em all at them low prices..its weird pricing stuff like this because even common stuff like this vending machine style trinket The Recipe Of Serpentwyne - By The Brotherhood Of The Rose were in vendors for 80m/100m at the last rares festival????? weird yes....

well if items have same graphic as other items its not worth that much and if items has shard tag also lowers value.
and carrots from other shard events are selling for 3-10m per

There are different prices for different types

same graphic but diffent colour....

then again arn't all event items using the same graphic as already used items in the game??? u only need to take the peg leg booties on europa ????and the addie paintings etc on atlantic?????look same as normal items costing peanuts???? i guess the europa tag may lower the price a tadge...then again the carrot does not have the tag on it!!!

..oh well il hang on to em as its one of the few items i got mylself doing a europa event.

Its about type and name aswell...

Wanna see different item that has unique graphic the asian events has a lot.
Pirate boots are better item but 180-200m is not a lot for a wearable when only 5 given out, and all unique different pirate names.
Remember 200m today is nothing and some items make better collectables.
Why pay 150-200m for Mesanna Lanterns loser version? its justs a lantern with special name even if given out 50+ of them. But there are different reasons for prices.

You think its all about the name and item, but there are many carrots and such remember the easter eggs?
The carrots wont get more than 15m at a Rares fest even if they get that.
There are many different reasons why items are worth more than other, how many on Europa would really pay a lot for an event carrot on Europa ask yourself that. Then look how many collectors are on other US shards and they play more than one shard hence why they also buy event items more from all US shards.

20 Carrots doesnt make it that much better in price. Either you like the item or not Carrots are not high up there.

Go to Barrier Isle (the one East of Trinsic, connected by a bridge), and you see some of the parts locked down in the Dockhouse (I think that's what it's called, on the East side of the island).

Yes I bought one from Adol he asked if i wanted it ingame some time ago but I just had to many deals to remember it at that time so I guess Adol was kind enough to sell me the other he had.
Was kindda deal agreement ingame but I also bid on the auction because its good trade item when trying to get other event items

I hadn't realised this item was particularly sought after, nor that it would fetch such a high price - as previously stated I have a 'spare' (picked up 2 during the event) and would happily sell one to an interested party, leaving one for my box of mementoes.

I'm not by any means a serious collector, I just like to hang onto oddities and items with a particular association for me. Basically I will not be devastated if I am left without a mask. So to try and keep everyone as happy as possible, I am prepared to offer both THP and Europa Trader a mask each for the last offer they made, before things get ridiculous or (perish the thought) nasty.

Still in the process of moving but I will be in touch with you both anon :)

Well you shouldnt, its good for you as a seller that 2 collectors actually bid against eachother, its also great for sellers in the future that the prices will keep being high on event items. I don't mind having to pay what I bid for the items since I can spare the gold. This is typical bidding war on items, you should only sell one if you want to keep one youself. I don't need the mask, I can live without, I just have the gold to spend on items like these.
And I'm a sucker for a bidding war. But Considering what I spend on rares this is actually in the cheap end, and they dont become worth less because you keep them for a longer period of time :) So I still recommend you keep one or maybe even both if you want to wait for better offers.

As a Collector I always seem to be bidding against people and I can't always get what I could put in my museum, but that is the same for everyone else.
Nobody has all the items even tho they have the gold to spend for it. There will always be items that arent for sale or items that are hidden away in some closed accounts.

But if you want the gold you should sell, but I can tell you that items like these are better than gold.

Honestly I'm not bothered about getting the highest price I can, and I'm not a serious collector... I have long entertained thoughts of setting up a museum myself but realistically I don't play enough to ever get round to it. So if others are genuinely interested in the items, I'm happy to let them go to good homes, and it would be better for them to go on display somewhere than stay sat in a box in my house for another 5 years.

Apologies if I spoiled your bidding war fun ;) by all mean keep upping the price if you wish!

Well just saying that you should keep a memory of the events you attended if you really want. Nobody forcing people to open museums they can display the items at their plots or not. And even if they do it doesnt have to be museum.
Well its up to you if you want to sell both of them but I always keep one and sell spare myself.
