Is it possible to add a items carried icon in the character sheet?

You have one for weight, but I would like to have an idea of howe many things I am carrying

at the moment you have to hover over the backpack icon, be nice to have it on view

there is the option to have the count under the backpack when it's open, it's the only alternative at the moment
