After cleaning out my pack last night I came across Sutek's dirty gear. Where did it come from?

Is it like the arty's you get from killing paragons in ish? I don't really remember doing any quests cept the one for the book?

its a side item from the Sutek quest for the golem book. itll be a random music track when cleaned
