Ive got a robe ive bought from the rares Festival and the seller had no idea where the robe was from. All i know is the necro trainer in umbra has one, Here is some pictures that will help with ID ing it.

dog dupe item from some years back. it is indeed a very nice and fairly hard to come by color. you cannot dye cloth this color, nor create or get a robe of this color now that the bug has been fixed.
