Hi, i`m Ariel, i allready tried send emails about sugestions, and relationg problems to the UoStaff team, but neer got a reply, but that`s not the problem, i love the game, so i still playing, een without support.

But the problem i stop play the game is: PRICE, i`n my country 1 usd = 4 of the country currency (R$), and the montlhy wage is R$900, so 14usd = R$56, for me its very much to pay for a monthly game, is 7% of my monthy income, and i hae 4 acc`s (all inative) 1 from 1998, 1 from 2002, 2 from 2010(uosa release), and it`s not the only game i play.

i`m paying less then half of this price to play wow for example, (4,95$).

Other problem is the latency, we have a lot of servers in US West and East, but don`t have any in South America? a lot of players in legends, cats, and others are from brazil, argentina, chile.

Blizzard have server here, Riot have, and i think have ONE server in south america wouldn`t be a problem.

Those prices not right, but seems origin is taken the approach where everyone pay the same converted to american dollars regardless of local/national inflation or lack there of.

You can buy gametime codes at a more reasonable USD to BRL conversion rate at the origin store.

If i buy 6 months on credit card i pay 60usd + taxes so it will be 66usd = over 240R$ = 40 month, still much to my country, mybe thats why some (no oficial servers) here have over 300 players online :/

Ps, on Brazil Store, we can`t buy a new acct (no UOSA for sale), the UOHS booster is for 30BRL, so for a new player, he need buy the account in USD, then buy the months in BRL if he want better prices, or pay a real lot in USD, due the new economic crisis in Brazil.

What are your internet prices. What type of internet do you have where you live. I am sorry for your, i am not sure what to call it but if I only made $900 a month internet would be the last thing I would be paying for much less any online game or even the electricity to run a computer. Priorities seem to be a little strange here for someone making so little.

I have a couple of out of the states friends that have run into similar problems.

The solution for them has been to buy game time codes from players for gold. Not sure of the legality of this, but it is much cheaper for them this way.

Meu amigo @Ariel Hardy com o preco do Dolar disparando, realmente fica dificil, o dolar vai chegar a quase 4x1, Nao sei o que lhe falar, mas sua unica solucao eh fechar algumas contas e pagar por 6 meses por outras, pois se o dolar subir ainda mais, pelo menos vc tem uma conta paga por 6 meses...
Eu fiquei no Brasil por 2 anos e sai correndo de volta para ca (USA) , os precos de tudo eh um absurdo, tentei colocar uma internet the 100MB e me perguntarao se eu ia piratiar filmes, sem contar o preco, realmente, nao tenho nada a ver com isso, mas se vc ganha somente R$900 , paga, luz, agua, condominio, aluguel e etc... realmente o jogo vai ficar caro!!! e a tendencia eh piorar.....

Set up an Event toon on Atl, GL and Napa. Get the drop and sell it for gold. Use the gold to buy game time codes and not only are you playing for free, but you are also almost paying the exact exchange rate of gold - USD.

Why don`t broadsword make like blizz, and legally sell gametime for gold, its one solution, for one of the problems.

I don`t win "just" 900 , i just give an example, i win a bit more, but, i`m near an exception in my country, but the proportionality of gametime - wage, is very impossible for attract new players, because uo isn`t my only entertainment.

But it isn`t the biggest problem, the problem is pay that high to play with 150-300ms, against players with 15-75, is impossible to pvp, and is hard even to pvm, they have servers in japan, oceania, europe, asia, us, and forgot south america.

Ok i renember the Formosa problem, but why don`t make a try like hat time
