I've spend 15 days gathering resources for one suit. Just to see one, this time equipped and insured, item go poof (again).
There has been more than enough reports on this bug now. Few examples:
A bag disappeared from my backpack | Stratics Forums
Disapearing Items in Dungeon Shame | Stratics Forums
Disappearing Items...... Great | Stratics Forums
Blue Soul Stone | Stratics Forums
and many many more and not a single response on the forum or anything different than "we cannot help you" after many hours of waiting ingame.
I'm canceling all my subscriptions until i see some reports from the people i pay, different than "we will look into it", "we are working on it" or other "bla bla bla"
It is enough!
