General Issues with Origin Shard

Not really sure where is the best place to post this but over the past couple of weeks the connection to Origin has been HORRIBLE!! At this very moment Origin is showing one "Red Dot" latency. All the Asian Shards are two yellow and all the North American are three green.

Please let us know whats up.
