issues with applying the upgrade codes....

So I bought an SA account upgrade code...of course....and when I try to apply it to my account I keep getting stuck at the EA privacy policy page...I click on Accept and it just sits there....
any suggestions?

What browser did you use? If you used Internet Explorer I recommend Firefox.

If you used Firefox.. Try IE.
