Issue with my ML 6th character slot..

EA Questions updated me AGAIN today. I started the questions on 07/22/06. All they keep doing it linking me to "How to get a 6th character slot", which basically tells you the ML code. Well I have that.

Odd thing is, besides the fact I cannot get help gaining my 6th slot back, is I still have my 20% housing increase.

How can I up this a level to get my 6th character slot back?

Try e-mailing Jeremy to have it sent to Mesanna. That is what they say to do when you get stuck in the never-ending "support" cycle.

LOL who wants to bet they will tell you to buy the 7th char slot in order to get your 6th one to show?? C'mon.... we all know this will be true to a point.
