General Issue with docks at Serpent's Hold

There is a Z-axis issue with the docks in Serpent's Hold, preventing the typical "easy" disembarkment from a ship's gangplank onto the dock. This problem exists at both sets of docks, on either side of Nedrick the Iron Worker's bridge.
This problem exists on both facets in Napa Valley, and while I haven't checked any other shards, since it is a background map issue, I suspect it persists in every shard.

There is a Z-axis issue with the docks in Serpent's Hold, preventing the typical "easy" disembarkment from a ship's gangplank onto the dock.

I was able to locate a total of six docks throughout the world that had this particular problem including Serpent's Hold Felucca, Serpent's Hold Trammel, Nujel'm Felucca, Nujel'm Trammel, New Haven and Zento Docks. I have submitted a problem report into the system on this issue.
